Yes. Cancel from your billing page in one click. Your subscription stays active through the end of the current billing period — no clawbacks, no exit fees.
You keep your paid tier until the end of the current period, then drop to the new tier on the next billing date. Quotas reset to the new tier. We never delete your data on downgrade.
We offer a no-questions refund within 14 days of your first paid charge. After that, we refund prorated unused time on a case-by-case basis — email hello@connectmyemail.com.
Yes. Switch from monthly to annual anytime — we apply a prorated credit for the unused monthly period. Switching annual to monthly takes effect at the next renewal.
Yes. Upgrading mid-cycle (Free → Pro, Pro → Power) charges a prorated amount for the remaining days, and your new limits apply immediately.
Any outbound email submitted through the API or MCP — including replies and scheduled sends. Drafts saved without sending do not count. Daily send limits reset at 00:00 UTC.
We surface a clear error response (HTTP 429 with a tier-aware message). No surprise charges, no overage billing. Either wait for the daily/monthly reset, or upgrade to lift the cap immediately.
