Once connected, your AI assistant can read, search, label, move, archive, sweep, and draft on your behalf. You issue requests in natural language; your AI assistant executes them with your inbox as context.
There's no local install. Connect once via OAuth or app password, and your AI assistant accesses your inbox through the CME tools when you ask it to.
What You Can Do Without Building a Single Rule
Bulk cleanup on demand. Ask your AI assistant to find and archive all promotional emails older than 30 days, sweep everything from a specific sender, or label threads where you're CC'd but never replied. Before any action, your AI assistant runs in simulation mode: it shows you what it would do and waits for your approval.
Smart labeling. Want to tag emails from your accountant as "Finance — Action Required"? With rules you'd need their exact address and a pre-defined label. With your AI assistant, you describe the intent — "label anything that looks like a bill, invoice, or payment request" — and it applies judgment across your inbox.
Recurring sweeps (Pro). On Pro ($9/month), you can set up recurring scans so your AI assistant periodically checks for newsletters to archive, threads to follow up on, or bulk mail that's accumulated — a standing instruction rather than an automation pipeline.

Is this different from Gmail's built-in filters?
